RevezaíTerms of use
Version of October 22, 2026These terms apply to anyone who uses Revezaí, the booking platform for buildings' shared spaces, a service of RB Solutions, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 32.875.738/0001-99, based in Porto Alegre, RS. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. The service
Revezaí lets each building register its spaces (courts, party rooms, EV chargers and others), set the rules of use, and lets residents book time slots online.
The rules of each space (limits, hours, when the schedule opens, waitlist, draw and events) are set by the building's management, not by Revezaí.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Children and teenagers use the spaces through a parent or guardian, who books with their own account.
Each person has their own account, with an e-mail and a password. You are responsible for keeping the password secret and for the bookings made with your account.
An account can be linked to more than one building. Access to each building depends on its management's approval, when it requires one.
3. The building's responsibilities
The building's management decides who may use the service, keeps the list of units, sets the rules and answers for how the building uses its residents' data, as the controller of that data.
Disputes about the use of the spaces are settled by the building, under its internal rules.
4. Proper use
It is not allowed to try to get around the booking rules, use someone else's account, automate bookings or interfere with the service. Accounts used this way may be suspended.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service always available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or because of third-party failures. Recorded bookings are not lost because of that.
6. Price
The Free plan has no cost. The Condominium and Club plans are charged monthly or yearly, at the prices published on the pricing page. Price changes are announced to buildings in advance, and they can stop using the service at no cost.
7. Ending
You can delete your account at any time, in the app's profile. The building can stop using the service at any time.
8. Liability
Revezaí provides the booking tool. It is not liable for the use of the physical spaces, for damage in the shared areas or for decisions of the building's management.
